Sorry I've not been here for a while but I am still running........ occasionally!
I'm hitting 5k happily now, just working on my time, You can see my runs on endmondo, just request me as a friend. I've also started doing some cardio on the old xbox 360 (along with a one off attempt at Zumba with the wife).
I have a new plan of action though. as I'm now on week 8 of
NHS plan the last week is looming, so once I've hit week 9 and completed it, I'm going to drop the running to twice a week and introduce a bike ride once a week. From there on we'll have to see.
Two pluses this week too:
1) Now under 15st. granted only just at 14st 13lbs, but it still means I'm on the right right of 15st.
2) My blood pressure is down, last count was 117/67 (before Christmas it was a worrying 157 over something)
