First weigh in and measurements....

First weigh in for this blog is 14st 8lbs. Not the worst I've been I don't think, but not the best.
Measurements:-    Waist 104.5cm
                            Chest 107cm
                            Thighs 59cm
                            Calves 40.5cm

I understand that these figures will go up and down with weight loss and muscle gain but I think keeping a track on them will help me.

My plan of attack is to start with weight loss with a little bit of exercise. Then as time goes on more and more exercise leading up to a full training regime. So every so often I'm gonna post the details of my weight (aiming for fortnightly) and my measurements (aiming for monthly).
