I have to admit I've been naughty and not kept up to date this my blog, so I've been letting myself down on this. So here we are, a catch up of current affairs. I've decided, seeing as a new arrivals coming, its best to change things around. The new plan of action is this:
Step one is to train for a 5k run with my sister, we're aiming for June time, with the help of NHS couch to 5K. It's a fantastic help and well worth trying. So far I'm on the end of week 2 and my god do I feel the difference already.
Step 2 is a 100 mile bike ride with my friend Luke, a challenge he took on last year and wants to repeat this year.
The final step will be the triathlon that all this in aid of. So wish me luck.............
